Oh do it! I’d love to have a buddy in this! Chapters had the book for 30% off (I think they were running a sale on hardcovers) and it’s honestly the best cookbook I’ve ever bought. I also just ordered a copy of his book “How to Cook Everything Vegetarian” to give me more meatless options, so if I have space in my luggage I can bring it when I come in February.
